Returns

Return & Refunds: If you are returning an item, it must be new, unworn and unused, and we must receive the item back within 5 days of purchase. We strongly suggest using a track able service to return merchandise to us, and we are not responsible for any returned merchandise lost in transit back to our location. Please notify us immediately of any products to be returned so we can correct the problem. Simply pack the order and return it to: Boca Rio 497 11th St. Suite #10 Imperial Beach, CA 91932 

Possible Reasons for Returns: Due to the nature of custom screen printing and embroidery, Boca Rio will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied if one or more of the following occur:
• The blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.),
• The decoration quality (screen printing, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level, or
• The design on the products you received is markedly different than the final online representation you approved.

Returns for exchange or store credit: Must be made within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Only blank product can be returned. All custom orders are store credit.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
